Concert organiser Öresundsgruppen has today, 14 February, received notification from Avicii’s agency, Ash Alliance, that the concerts scheduled to take place in Malmö on 16 February at Slagthuset and 17 February at Malmö Arena have been rescheduled!Ash Alliance and Öresundsgruppen have already announced a new date: Wednesday 16 May, as the day after is a so-called red day – a public holiday – when schools and workplaces are closed.
Will there be alternative dates for the concerts on 16 and 17 February?
Yes, Wednesday 16 May has been announced as the alternative date for both concerts originally scheduled to take place in Slagthuset and Malmö Arena. This means that both concerts will be held at Malmö Arena on the same day.
From 17.00 to 21.00 on Wednesday, 16 May a matinée concert will be held for those under 18 years of age (the concert is alcohol-free). The venue is Malmö Arena.
From 22.00 to 03.00 on Wednesday, 16 May a concert will be held for those aged 18 and over. The venue is Malmö Arena.
NB! The following day, Thursday 17 May, is a so-called red day when schools and workplaces are closed!
Are my tickets purchased for the original dates valid for the new date at Malmö Arena?
Yes, tickets purchased for the concert scheduled for 16 February at Slagthuset are valid for the rescheduled matinée concert at Malmö Arena on 16 May from 17-00 to 21.00.
Tickets purchased for the concert scheduled for 17 February at Malmö Arena are valid for the rescheduled concert for those aged 18 and over at Malmö Arena on 16 May from 22-00 to 03.00.
