Malmö Arena has a number of conference rooms available for groups of 50-300 participants.
For larger seminars, AGMs and conferences, the arena area itself can be converted into a conference venue with lighting and sound set to your requirements.

Meetings
A meeting in Malmö Arena is first and foremost about meeting in an inspiring setting that offers a new and unique experience. Malmö Arena’s private boxes can accommodate everything from small groups of 5 people to larger parties of up to 150 people.
Trade fairs & product displays
Malmö Arena’s foyer area, large private boxes and the arena area itself offer a total of 7,000 m² of floor space ideal for smaller exhibitions and product displays.Large dinner events
Malmö Arena can cater for up to 3,200 guests in Restaurant Palissad, Percy’s Restaurant & Bar and the Arena’s 74 private boxes. Or you may dine under crystal chandeliers on the main floor of the arena, where we can serve hot 3-course meals for up to 1,700 guests.
