Malmo set to host pinnacle of table tennis!

For the first time ever, Europe will host a WTT Grand Smash and Malmö is where the revolution begins. From 14 to 24 August 2025, Europe Smash lands at the iconic Malmö Arena, bringing together the world’s best players for 11 days of pure, unfiltered table tennis theatre.

This is a celebration of Sweden’s rich table tennis legacy and the new wave lighting up the global stage. Watch homegrown heroes, Olympic champions, world title holders, and breakout stars in a showdown where every point matters.

Whether you're a seasoned fan or simply curious, Europe Smash - Sweden 2025 is built for you. Expect edge-of-your-seat rallies, walk-on drama, and the kind of atmosphere that only a Grand Smash can deliver. And it's not just about the matches. Malmö Arena transforms into a playground of sport and culture with live entertainment, meet-the-player sessions, local food stalls, fan zones, and free play tables for all ages.

  • How to get here

    It is very easy to get to Malmö Arena by public transportation. Hyllie Station and the bus stops are only about 2 minutes away from our main entrances. For more information about how to find your way here, click here

  • Security

    Make sure to be well on time to your event. This will help us minmize the queues and to make your entry will be as smooth as possible. You are not allowed to bring any professional audio or video equipment into the arena. You may not bring your own food and drink. It is not allowed to bring any scooters or bikes or the electrical batteries for them. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. A stamp must be obtained at one of the entrances before you leave the arena.

  • Wardrobe

    No cloak room service available during this event.

  • Tickets

    Everyone attending the event must present a valid ticket. ATTENTION! Always buy your tickets from authorized ticket resellers. Second-hand sites usually sell tickets at higher prices and without guarantee that they are genuine. We do not exchange or replace tickets that have been purchased secondhand. Any comments on your places/sight must always be made directly on site, after the event is completed, the places are considered approved by you as a visitor.

  • Age limit

    No age limit, recommended from 5 years old. We strongly advise against bringing infants and young children to this event. This is to protect their hearing, as loud noises may occur during the event. Everyone, regardless of age, needs a valid ticket.

  • Tv-produktion
    The event is a tv-production, which means that cameras, photographers, cables and other technical equipments will be visible from all areas of the arena and may obstruct the view.
